The primary duties of the Sr. Architectural Technologist include CAD drawing of plans and working with contract documents and change orders. Will perform all duties related to contract administration of a project. Assignments have specified objectives and require the investigation of many variables. Independently performs architectural assignments with only general instruction from the Project Architect or Project Manager as to the results expected. May be assisted by Project Architects, other Architectural Project Coordinators or Technicians and is responsible for work in all phases of the architectural process Keyword(s): Sr. Architectural Technologist, Architecture, AutoCad, 072024. Technical College graduate of three year Architectural Program or professional degree in Architecture is required. 10 years professional or internship experience preparing details, specifications and construction documents for hospital projects is required. Experience with Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Project). AutoCAD experience required. Desire to pursue growth opportunities and obtain registration.
