The Senior Permitter is expected to have experience permitting large transportation and resource development projects and must have detailed knowledge of Corps Section 10/404, Alaska Coastal Management Program, ADF&G Title 16, USCG Bridge Permits, and other related regulatory requirements. The Senior Permitter will work with clients to develop project permitting strategies, establish a comprehensive list of permit requirements for each project, prepare or oversee preparation of permit applications, consult with agency staff to ensure regulatory compliance, and successfully attain all required project-related permits. The Senior Permitter will also oversee development of mitigation proposals and monitoring plans, and work with agencies to track compliance.
