The primary duty of the Senior Project Manager is to market and execute coastal engineering and regulatory/environmental projects. The successful candidate will work closely with the National Business Class Director for Coastal Engineering, Regional Director for Environmental and Resource Management, and local managers to develop various size coastal engineering and coastal environmental pursuits. Position encompasses developing leads, pre-proposal visitations, proposal preparation, presentations, negotiations, and recruiting; conducting design development and contract document work sessions in conjunction with Project Managers, appropriate technical professionals, and other disciplines; establishing client relations and being involved with marketing, contractual, design, and production meetings; working with the Business/Accounting Manager or Project Controller and the Department Manager for project reviews and with company management on an as needed basis; implementing QA/QC procedures; and supervising project teams.

- Experience working along the U.S.

Gulf of Mexico coast.
