Position Description
Production Manager
ABS Corporation has an immediate opening in Omaha, Nebraska for a production manager to help with our growing pharmaceutical business.
Responsibilities:
· Responsible for management and leadership of all production activities and production supervisors.
· Directly and primarily responsible for planning, scheduling, product quality, cost, and on-time delivery of product to customers.
· Responsible for maximizing the efficiency of plant operations.
· Supervise all production staff.
· Overseeing setup of production lines.
· Assure production units operate in compliance with state and federal regulatory requirements.
· Develop and implement cost reduction measures to improve profitability on an ongoing basis.
Requirements:
Requirements:
· Bachelor’s degree preferred.
· Minimum of 5 years experience in an FDA regulated facility with emphasis on the operational aspects of the organization.
· Strong verbal, written and interpersonal skills.
· Ability to provide strong leadership in a fast pace, cost conscious environment.
